Returns and Refunds Policy

Digital products

We issue refunds for our digital products within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

We issue refunds for digital products only under the following conditions:

• Product not delivered (if you haven't received the delivery email from us)
• Download issues (if you experience problems while downloading the product)
• Major defects. All our products are tested properly, but unexpected errors may occur.

In case you experience any of the above issues you should immediately contact us. We will try to resolve the issue in 7 (seven) business days. If the issue can not be resolved within that time frame, we will refund your money back.

Impulse buys

We do not refund impulse buys. Please download and try out our demo versions before making your final puchasing decision. Also, don't forget that you can always sell your existing license at kvraudio marketplace, and for impulse buys we waive the $15 license transfer fee

Incorrect purchases

If you incorrectly purchase a product that you already purchased from us before, you are eligible for a refund or exchange with another product.
